HOUSTON—Orlando, FL-based Parkway Properties Inc. has picked the Houston office of Washington D.C.-based Cassidy Turley to lease its newly purchased Phoenix Tower in the Greenway submarket.

Cassidy Turley Managing Director Eric Siegrist and Vice President J.P. Hutchesonwill lead leasing efforts for the 34-story, 626,000-square-foot office tower, reports the Houston Business Journal.

Parkway acquired Phoenix Tower—at 3200 Southwest Freeway between the Downtown and Galleria submarkets—in December last year for $124.5 million.

Currently, the aqua-blue high-rise is 84% occupied.The 28-year-old building boasts a nine-hole, Jack Nicklaus-designed putting green on the roof of the garage and opened a 5,000-square-foot fitness center in 2011.
