VERNON HILS, IL - HSA PrimeCare will break ground on March 1 on a 15,000 square foot surgery center at 240 Center Dr., according to John Wilson, president of HSA PrimeCare, and Dan Miranda, president of HSA Commercial Real Estate.
The proposed $10 million ambulatory surgery treatment center is fully leased to Hawthorn Surgical Associates, a subsidiary of Birmingham-based Surgical Care Affiliates LLC, which is relocating from nearby Libertyville.
The proposed outpatient center will feature three surgical suites, one procedure room and 14 recovery stations.
"We're very pleased to be working with Hawthorn Surgical Associates on the development of their new facility and in helping them to deliver on their goal of providing their patients with access to state-of-the-art surgical care," Wilson says.
HSA PrimeCare is a developer and manager of medical office buildings in the Midwest and partners with health care institutions on developments, project management, leasing, and monetization.
