FORT WORTH, TX—Holt Lunsford Commercial has won the leasing assignment for One and Two City Place, the largest mixed-use redevelopment project in Downtown Fort Worth. This twin tower landmark spans four blocks in the heart of Fort Worth's dynamic Central Business District.

One City Place, located at 300 Throckmorton, is a 19-story tower that will deliver up to 315,000 RSF of Premier Class A office space in Third Quarter 2013. Two City Place, located at 100 Throckmorton, provides tenants with immediate occupancy options ranging from 1,096 up to 7,194 RSF.

These Class A office towers boast a list of amenities that include impressive Downtown and Trinity River views, multiple parking options that include executive, unreserved covered, and valet offerings, 24-hour security, tenant controlled access, on-site banking and ATM services. A new nine-story parking centerpiece with a plaza promenade includes 30,000 RSF for retail and dining venues connects the two towers. City Place is owned by Spire Realty Group, L.P.; Matt Carthey and Geoff Shelton of Holt Lunsford Commercial will lead the office towers leasing effort.
