HOUSTON, TX—Stream Realty Partners and Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II (Wells REIT II) announce the completion of renovations at 515 Post Oak Boulevard, a 273,000-square-foot Class A office building located in the Galleria submarket.

The building underwent $7.5 million in renovations, including:
- Renovation of grand circular entrance with an exclusive signage opportunity.
- Modernization of the elevator lobbies throughout the 12-story building.
- Updated flooring and finishes throughout the first floor.
- Remodeling of the open atrium on the second and third floors.
- Upgraded restrooms on each floor.
- Increasing the square footage of the building by 12,585 square feet.
- Installation of two new cooling towers and updated energy management system.
- Upgraded garage access with widened entrance and new lighting.

Stream Realty Partners relocated its Houston office to the 11th floor of the property in April of 2012. The firm provides leasing services for 515 Post Oak on behalf of the owner, Wells REIT II.
