Houston, TX—Cameron, a leading provider of flow control equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries, has signed a long-term lease for 106,801 square feet at 8 West Centre, a 227,000 sq.-ft. new office development of CORE Real Estate, LLC located at 3505 West Sam Houston Parkway. This is the second largest deal announcement for the building since construction began and will now bring the development to its capacity. CBRE's Executive Vice President Cody Armbrister, Senior Vice President Kristen Rabel, and Senior Associate Rima Shpolyansky represented CORE Real Estate in the lease transaction. Senior Managing Director Brandi McDonald of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Cameron.

“As this Lease demonstrates, the demand for office space in this area continues at an unrelenting pace,” said Mike Wyatt, Managing Director of CORE.

“As we engaged the market on the possibilities available at 8 West Center, we were very encouraged by the positive response to the building's strengths, quality and location,” said Armbrister. “Cameron International was able to identify this opportunity and quickly engaged our team to secure what is the last available large block of office space in the area. We are proud to have been a part of such a swift and successful lease-up of 8 West Center.”
