TACOMA, WA—Tacoma-based Franciscan Health System plans to expand into a new, 38,000-square-foot building in Auburn, the latest phase of the organization's growth plans.

Franciscan's Auburn announcement came on the heels of the health system opening a new building in Tacoma, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Franciscan will lease 21,000 square feet from Auburn-based Latitude Development, which began construction on the two-story, mixed-use building this week. The building will be known as the Franciscan Medical Pavilion – Auburn, and will be located at 205 10th St. NE.
