There were heavy parallels at both conferences - optimisim is shining through the net lease market. Here are some specific observations:
Mid-Atlantic:
- Significantly higher attendance compared to last year
- Very upbeat vibe
- More deal making than in past few years
- Event lasted from start to finish - no real early exits.
Florida:
- Overall very positive vibe to the event.
- In past events Walgreens and Wawa were the most occupied booths - this year a much more even playing field. Diverse interest.
- Heavy developer presence - actual breaking ground projects taking place.
- Full house in general.
- Event lasted from start to finish - no real early exits.
