SAN DIEGO—Parallel Capital Partners, Inc. has announced the hiring of Peter Lloyd to the position of Senior Vice President, Leasing. Peter, who has been named a principal of the firm, will handle all aspects of leasing for the privately held real estate investment and operating company.

Peter has over 22 years of experience in management of institutional quality commercial real estate assets. He joins Parallel Capital following a 15-year career with the San Diego office of RREEF Real Estate, most recently as Director of Office and Industrial Asset Management. He was responsible for 300 properties consisting of 115 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $10.5 billion. Lloyd has lived in San Diego his entire career and is a graduate of San Diego State University.
