CHICAGO, IL- MB Real Estate Services announced on Friday that their Corporate Services/Tenant Advisory group had completed three leases at 230 West Monroe in downtown Chicago for a group of clients that totaled more than 17,000 SF.
David Burkards, senior vice president of MBRE, represented Lucas Group in a successful renewal and expansion of their present lease in the building. The group, which does executive recruiting and placement for clients across the nation, will now have 8,924 SF.
Knowledge Networks, an online researcher with clients in consumer packaged goods, healthcare, retail, media, government and academia, recently purchased by GfK, also renewed their lease of 5,097 SF. Danny Nikitas, executive vice president, Konstantine Sepsis, vice president and Associate Doug Noble represented Knowledge Networks.
Burkards also represented DecisionQuest in their renewal of a lease for 3,548 SF. DecisionQuest is one of the nation's leading trial consulting firms and helps lawyers and clients pick juries, choose a media strategy and other services.
Kim Robare of the Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company, which purchased the 624,000 SF building in 2012, represented the owner in all three deals.
