The property consists of 33,906 square feet of rentable square feet of space — all of it occupied, says the San Antonio Business Journal. Built in 1975, the building underwent renovations in 2006 and 2010.Gardner Peavy, a partner in Peloton; and Peloton Principal Christi Griggs are heading up the sale.
