CEDAR PARK, TX—Cadence McShane Construction Co. has been picked to build Scottsdale Crossing Building One. The 27,500-square-foot industrial and flex-space building at 5900 State Highway 183A is being developed by TIG Real Estate Services Inc. in Austin.
Cadence McShane has previously handled general contracting for TIG, including construction at Burleson Business Park. Cadence McShane's most high profile assignment is the new $300 million Apple Inc. headquarters expansion in Northwest Austin, according to the Austin Business Journal.
The latest assignment is a single-story, which includes a parking ratio of five spaces per 1,000 square feet and can be leased either to a single user or subdivided for multiple tenants.
