CHICAGO, IL- Englewood Construction, a Lemont-based construction firm has just announced four projects across the Midwest, including three in Chicago and, in Columbus, Ohio, a new 12,832 SF American Girl store, their eighth.

“American Girl holds a special place for Englewood Construction,” said William Di Santo, the firm's president, in a prepared statement. “Our completion in 2008 of American Girl's flagship 53,000-square-foot store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago became a springboard for us into many other retail projects.”

Also on line for Englewood this year is finishing 20,000 SF of prep work for the Saks Fifth Avenue store in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, a new 530,000 SF center in Rosemont which will open on August 1.
