IRVINE, CA-Three properties in Arizona and Southern California developed by the Muller Co., a locally based real estate company specializing in management, investment and development of commercial real estate in the western US, have received Outstanding Building of the Year awards by the Building Owners and Managers Association. The awards, known as TOBY awards, recognize quality in buildings and reward excellence in building design, operation and management.
