MIAMI-It's hard to say many negative things about commercial real estate's multifamily sector, but Mark Humphreys, chief executive officer of Humphreys & Partners Architects, says that contruction costs, especially of wood-framed developments, have risen significantly. He spoke here recently at the RealShare Apartments East conference with Real Estate Forum's Sule Aygoren.
