RelaDyne Signs Big Suburban Lease

CHICAGO, IL- A new company gets a lease near O'Hare and brings dozens of jobs to suburban Chicago.

CHICAGO, IL- The industrial park in suburban Elk Grove Village attracted quite a few new tenants in 2012, and 2013 has also started off well. RelaDyne, Inc. has just signed a lease on a 76,430 SF lease on an industrial warehouse at 2250 Arthur Ave.

The Cincinnati-based company, a fuel distributor and provider of industrial lubricants, was formed in 2010 from the merger of four firms based in the Midwest and Gulf Coast regions. RelaDyne now has a national profile and recently established a wholesale division. The new facility will bring more than 50 jobs into Elk Grove Village.
