INDIANAPOLIS, IN- Don “The Snake” Prudhomme, one of the country's most successful drag racers, announced this week that the racing team he owned had sold its 31,000 SF building at 493 Southpoint Circle in the Eaglepoint Business Park to John Force Racing for an undisclosed amount. Since 1974, Prudhomme won the national “Funny Car” drag racing championship four times and Force fifteen, the last in 2010. Prudhomme retired from driving in 1994.

Brian Seitz and Jake Sturman, both senior vice presidents of Jones Lang LaSalle, assisted Prudhomme in the sale. Stephane Nguyen from Reed Smith represented John Force.

The building is just west of Indianapolis in a section of Brownsburg nicknamed “Nitro Alley” due to the high concentration of racing teams using Eaglepoint. It has a 24-foot clearance, 10 drive-in doors and more than 3,000 SF of office space.

John Force Racing is a longtime tenant of Eaglepoint, but needed space to expand its operations.
