Work to Begin on New Building at Hall Office Park

FRISCO, TX—Groundbreaking next Wednesday for eight-story 200,000 SF building, that should be completed in Q2, 2014.

FRISCO, TX—Local developer Craig Hall plans to break ground next week on the 16th building in Hall Office Park, a project that is expected to ease a shortage of office space in the suburb north of Dallas.  

A groundbreaking ceremony for the eight-story, 200,000-square-foot Class AA office building is planned for next Wednesday, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.
