HOUSTON—Marion, Montgomery Inc., a 27-year-old Houston advertising and communications agency, has doubled its real estate footprint and should be doing business today from its newly acquired downtown property.

In addition, the firm has unveiled a new name, MMI Agency, along with a new logo and branding effort and revamped website, according to the Houston Business Journal.

The firm is moving in this weekend to the new 19,000-square-foot space in a three-story, low-rise building at 1712 Pease St. and expects to be open for business in the new location on March 4. The firm previously occupied 10,000 square feet of space on South Boulevard near Rice Village since 1999.
