(Save the date: RealShare Los Angeles comes to the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA, on March 27.)

LOS ANGELES-Stream Realty Partners has hired industry leader Gabe Kadosh as VP of retail for its regional office here. The real estate services, development and investment firm has made the hire as a significant next step in its expansion throughout Southern California as it continues to build on the momentum generated from opening its Los Angeles office last July. The firm has 10 regional offices nationwide and plans to open additional offices throughout Southern California and across the country.

In his new role, Kadosh will handle marketing and leasing retail properties, landlord and tenant representation and investment sales. He has worked with national and regional clients in managing all aspects of commercial real estate, and clients include food and retail franchises, commercial developers, national property-management corporations, individual property owners and financial institutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Kadosh worked at May Realty Advisors representing nationally recognized landlords and tenants and closing an off-market lease transaction valued at $3.2 million.

According to Blaine Annett, co-managing partner of Stream Realty, “Gabe's vast experience is an important addition to our growing team in the Los Angeles office. His success is a direct result of providing best-in-class customer service and maintaining industry relationships, which mirrors the standards we set for ourselves here at Stream.”

As GlobeSt.com reported in January, Stream recently opened new offices in Denver, Charlotte and Washington, DC, and at that time was looking to expand into L.A.'s industrial and retail markets in the first quarter of the year and into the Inland Empire's in the second half.

Read our update to this story later today to find out Gabe Kadosh's insights on the L.A. retail market.
