VISTA, CA—The Carlsbad office of Colliers International says that its client, Moxie Pacific Palomar, LLC, broke ground this week on a 17-acre site located within the Palomar Corporate Center. The property is located at the corner of Palomar Airport Road and Business Park Way in the city of Vista.

The new 17 acre site, which includes 1,500 feet of frontage on San Marcos Blvd with ingress and egress off San Marcos Blvd, is the last remaining large industrial parcel in the Vista and San Marcos areas and within the Palomar Corporate Center.

“This is the first time in several years that raw land in the North County Industrial Market is being graded to create new business park land, and with vacancy rates at historic lows in the 7% range, there is a significant shortage of large blocks of industrial parcels to fill the growing demand,” according to Tucker Hohenstein, Senior Vice President of Colliers International.
