ALBUQUERQUE, NM—Two women's fashion shops and one footwear business are set to open in Albuquerque's Cottonwood Mall this spring.

Parent company Simon Property Group Inc. said the mall will add Francesca's, Shoe Palace and Crazy 8 to its tenant mix, reports the Albuquerque Business Journal.

Francesca's will be located in a 1,056-square-foot space in a portion of the previous Gap store. Shoe Palace will be located in a 3,503-square-foot store, also in a portion of the previous Gap store.

Crazy 8 is the newest addition to the Gymboree Corp.'s family of brands. It will take a 1,943-square-foot space is located next to The Disney Store.

Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group also operates the ABQ Uptown development in Albuquerque's Northeast Heights.
