DENVER—The NewmarkGrubb Knight Frankproperty management team in Denver has been awarded the exclusive assignment to manage Clarion Partners' Waterview Corporate Center in Centennial, CO. The Class A, LEED Gold office portfolio widely known as Waterview One, Two and Three, comprises 365,000 square feet at the respective addresses—8005 South Chester Street, 9155 East Nichols Avenue and 8000 S. Chester St. The campus is bordered by a lake, trails and an outdoor plaza adjacent to the Park Meadows Mall.

“This exciting assignment was a concerted effort, combining existing relationships, NGKF's broad scope of services locally, regionally and nationally, and the successful longstanding leasing and marketing efforts led by Jeff Castleton,” said Kevin McCabe, executive vice president and managing director of the Denver region.

Michael J. Duffy, senior vice president at Clarion Partners, is the primary asset manager for the Waterview assets. “NGKF's property management will be a strong complement to the leasing services currently provided by NGKF,” Duffy said.
