MINNEAPOLIS, MN- Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, the Twin Cities' real estate firm, announced yesterday that they had appointed Rob Loftus as their senior vice president and regional director. Loftus will help lead the property management department with responsibility for 14 million SF of office and industrial space. He first joined the firm's property management team in 1998, but in 2007 he left to become an asset manager with United Properties.

The firm also announced that Bill Zimmerman was promoted to senior vice president. He will manage a portfolio with more than 4 million SF for several institutional clients. Prior to his current position, Zimmerman was the general manager of the Normandale Lake Office Park.

“We are thrilled to have Rob rejoin our team and that Bill has taken on a new level of management for our team,” said C&W/NorthMarq's Executive Vice President Lisa Dongoske in a prepared statement. “Both of these employees have great experience and are highly respected in the commercial real estate industry. Their leadership will continue to help us grow our business and keep our company front and center as the market leader in property management.”
