Cushman and Wakefield Leasing at One Del Mar

SAN DIEGO—The 114,876-square-foot class A office building was built in 2001 and acquired by Clarion Partners in 2007. One Del Mar received the Energy Star label in 2009, 2011 and 2012 for its operating efficiency and is the first and only LEED certified building in Del Mar Heights.

SAN DIEGO—Clarion Partners, LLC has hired Cushman & Wakefield for the exclusive listing at One Del Mar, 12544 High Bluff Drive, San Diego. Eric A. Northbrook, SIOR, Chris High and Matt Carlson will be acting as the listing agents, working alongside the Cushman & Wakefield property management team of Peggy Thrailkill and Linda Wise.

The 114,876-square-foot class A office building was built in 2001 and acquired by Clarion Partners in 2007. The building is located in the exclusive Del Mar Heights area and offers high visibility from the Interstate 5 as well as prominent signage opportunities. One Del Mar received the Energy Star label in 2009, 2011 and 2012 for its operating efficiency and is the first and only LEED certified building in Del Mar Heights.
