AURORA, CO.—Construction could begin as early as May 1 on a new industrial warehouse/distribution facility that is being planned by Majestic Realty Co.
The Denver Business Journal says 500,000-square-foot building will be at Interstate 70 and Tower Road. It will be sited on the Majestic's 1,000-acre Majestic Commercenter campus, which has 2.5 million square feet of developed space,the company says. Construction is expected to finish by year's end.
