SAN FRANCISCO—Colliers International says that Ryan Wagner has joined its San Francisco office as vice president of its multifamily investment group. Formerly with Arroyo & Coates and Arroyo & Company, Ryan has been a top producing broker in the San Francisco Bay Area for eight years.

Over the course of Wagner's career in Multifamily Brokerage, he has participated in the sale of over 2,500 units with a combined value of over $480 million. His sales include Hotel Petaluma, the 112-unit Sequoia Wellesley Crescent in Redwood City and the 241-unit Townhouse Plaza and Gardens in downtown San Mateo. The majority of Ryan's clients are private investors with Bay Area apartment properties ranging from 20-100 units.

Wagner joins Colliers San Francisco's multifamily investment group, which includes Mark Feldman and Stephen Jackson, as well as Brad Lagomarsino, James Devincenti and Stephen Wasserman of the Colliers Urban Multifamily Team. Ryan and the team in San Francisco completed multifamily sales of over $720 million in 2012 and the first quarter of 2013.
