MIAMI—Downtown Miami's work-life environment just got a little more family friendly. That's because The Learning Experience (TLE), a learning academy for children six weeks to six years old, inked a lease in Miami's urban core.

TLE will occupy 12,889 square feet in a purpose-built facility, with 2,000 square feet serving as an indoor playground. The academy is moving into Downtown Miami to meet the rising demand for high-quality early education among young families in the Magic City. The center will be located in Rockwood Capital's newly-constructed high-rise residential tower at 244 Biscayne Boulevard.

“This is the first national preschool and one providing a higher learning curriculum to locate within the corridor,” Nick Vanella, executive vice president of Real Estate with TLE, tells GlobeSt.com. “We all recognize the growing emphasis placed upon early education and the significant and positive long-term effects it has on our children. With the growing families living and working in the area, having this center is a must for the area's overall dynamics.”
