GARDENA, CA—In a move that launches an interiorscape division, Dworsky Partners, a firm that specializes in integrated acquisitions for companies in the building services industry, has formed a partnership with R&J Hall Environmental Services, an established interiorscape company. The new entity, named Dworsky Interiorscape, LLC, gives the firm a strong foothold into the Southern California interior landscaping market. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“With the economy improving and commercial real estate reemerging, interior landscaping will be expanding at a rapid pace,” said David Dworsky, president and CEO of Dworsky Partners. “By choosing a well respected firm such as this, our move into the interiorscape industry will enjoy great momentum, already having a strong base of more than 2,500 clients. Naturally, this provides a base for strong, successful growth.”

Robert Hall, who founded R&J Hall in 1995 and remains an owner in the newly formed entity, moves into the executive vice president and chief operating officer role. Dworsky will now carry a dual title, adding president and CEO of the Interiorscape division to his responsibilities.
