SAN ANTONIO, TX—Asubsidiary of Winthrop Realty Trust has selected CBRE to provide leasing services for One Riverwalk Place. The Class A, 261,733-square-foot office building is located in San Antonio's Central Business District on the northern edge of the River Walk.

Taylor Dorris and Steve Thomas with CBRE in San Antonio are the new exclusive leasing team.

Located at 700 North Saint Mary's Street, the 18-story building is currently 65% leased to tenants such as: Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.; Escamilla, Poneck & Cruz, LLP; Marmon Mok; Barton, East & Caldwell.

“We believe One Riverwalk is a very unique building and that with the ownership's commitment to repositioning the building, it is poised to start attracting Tenants back to downtown,” said Dorris, a vice president with CBRE.

The property was built in 1981, fully renovated in 2007 and significant capital has recently been spent on updating the building's common areas and interior. A subsidiary of Winthrop Realty Trust, based in Boston, took control of the One Riverwalk Place in 2011 and currently provides on-site management.

One Riverwalk Place is adjacent to Club Girard, Southwest School of Art, and Tobin Municipal Auditorium. It offers easy access to I-10 and Hwy 281 and is only minutes away from San Antonio International Airport.
