PHILADELPHIA-Commercial real estate in Philadelphia never saw the highs of the boom, but the good news is that the market hasn't seen the low lows of the recession, either, says David Ricci, a partner at The Flynn Co. and local chairman of ULI. He spoke with us recently at RealShare Philadelphia.
