DALLAS—Transwestern's Dallas office is launching a new tenant advisory retail operation with the addition of Frank Bullock as the group's managing director. This new service line will build upon Transwestern's existing retail service group, which is focused on owner representation, development and investment sales.

Bullock has previously specialized in representing corporate entrepreneurs, local tenants/buyers and landlords/sellers with a specialization in retail and mixed-use developments. He joins Transwestern from SRS Real Estate Partners, where he served as City Leader, Dallas. Bullock joined SRS in 2009. While with SRS he sourced and developed an award-winning team. He has represented numerous retailers, including Black Eyed Pea, Taco Bueno, Sweet Tomatoes, Fernando's Mexican Cuisine and banks, such as Century Bank (currently Wells Fargo) and Bank One (currently Chase Bank). Bullock has won landlord listing assignments with Regency Centers, Inland American, Arrow Retail and Cypress Equities Companies. He began his career as an office tenant representation specialist.

“We are pleased to welcome Frank aboard. His extensive expertise, track-record and relationship-focused approach made him the clear choice to lead our retail tenant advisory operation,” said Transwestern's Jack Eimer, president, Central. “His reputation and history of success in the Dallas-Fort Worth market is a direct result of his passion for aggressively and successfully representing his clients, some of the most successful retailers in the marketplace today.”
