NRI Opens Office in Downtown Columbus

COLUMBUS, OH- Quicken Loans has been credited with helping fuel the revival of Detroit's CBD, but Nationwide is playing a similar part in its hometown.

COLUMBUS, OH- Nationwide Realty Investors just announced that 1,000 of its employees have finished moving into a five-story, 200,000 SF mid-rise at 10 W. Nationwide, the newest building in the Arena District, a centerpiece of Columbus’ reviving CBD and developed by Nationwide.

Like many Midwestern cities, Columbus has seen a lot of development and leasing activity in its CBD as corporations increasingly desert sprawling suburban campuses in favor of new spaces downtown, both in new developments and restored buildings.
