BETHESDA, MD and NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Beech Street Capital, LLC, has expanded its West Coast presence by adding another experienced origination group to its Newport Beach, CA, office.

It consists of Doug Taylor, Chuck Christensen, and Allison Eisendrath, all formerly with Walker & Dunlop. “We've put together an experienced 12-member team from scratch in just 18 months,” says Kristen Croxton, Beech Street's executive vice president, who along with Executive Vice President Greg Reed, heads the office. “Beech Street's growing reputation is enabling us to attract some of the most talented originators in the business,” she says.

Since its inception in late 2011, the Newport Beach office closed in excess of $400 million in transactions. The addition of Taylor, Christensen, and Eisendrath is part of Beech Street's strategy to double that figure. “The level of activity we achieved in 2012 has attracted considerable attention,” says Reed. “Bringing them on board ensures that we will continue to provide the best possible service as we expand to meet the growing demand from borrowers.”
