SAN ANTONIO-Stream Realty Partners inked a 14,761-square-foot industrial lease at Interwest Business Park in the northwest submarket of San Antonio.

Lennox Industries, Inc., a home heating and cooling unit provider, was represented in the transaction by Joe Carroll of Cavender & Hill Properties, Inc. Jason Schnittger and Michael Flowers of Stream Realty Partners served as leasing agents for the property, representing the landlord, DRA Advisors Inc.

“We've noticed increased interest in the Northwest submarket and have had several recent transactions at this property in particular,” Schnittger says in a press release. “Along with the advantage of its geographical location, Interwest Business Park provides ample resources for local business needs.”

Interwest Business Park is at 6800 Alamo Downs Pkwy. The property consists of four industrial buildings with a strategic location in the Alamo Downs Business Park, just off of Loop 410 in Northwest San Antonio.

Stream Realty, a national real estate services, development and investment firm, was awarded leasing and management of Interwest Business Park by DRA Advisors in June, 2012. The property was part of a seven-million-square-foot industrial portfolio that DRA Advisors purchased from Weingarten Realty Investors, which included 700,000 square feet of industrial property throughout San Antonio.
