PHILADELPHIA-Rittenhouse Realty Advisors has launched a commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and advisory firm here that it says will meet a strong need for client-education services.
“This was the impetus for our advisory services company, which will be a great complement to our traditional brokerage capabilities,” said Ken Wellar, co-managing Partner of the new company. RRA will specialize in the sale of multi-family communities and provide advisory services to clients in the Tri-State Region.
Besides Weller, the founders are Corey Lonberger, formerly of Marcus & Millichap, and Benjamin Oller, president and founder of The Condo Shop. Mark A. Duszak, formerly of CB Richard Ellis has also joined RRA.
“In an industry where internal competition for commissions often leaves clients confused and shorted on the best market value for their properties, RRA seeks to change that through its innovative approach,” said Lonberger. “As a new firm, Rittenhouse Realty Advisors has the ability to create our own culture while embracing creativity, technology and cooperation.”
