PANAMA CITY-MBA Hotel Brokers Inc. recently successfully negotiated and executed the sale of the Wingate by Windham hotel property in Lynn Haven here. According to a release from the company, Suresh Patel, Associate Broker with MBA represented the seller, Panhandle Properties LLC.
At press time, neither broker nor seller would disclose the sale price.
In the same release, Charlie Fritsch President of MBA Hotel Brokers Inc said, “This was a challenging sale from the capital side, but Suresh's knowledge, experience and persistent hard work brought the deal to closing.”
The Wingate by Windham is a 67-key hotel with amenities including a pool and fitness center. It is situated near Florida's Gulf Coast and an Air Force Base.
