AUSTIN, TX—Josh Cameron has joined the Austin office of CBRE as a senior vice president of the Land Services Group. Josh's career gross sales production and transaction experience tops $650 million.

“I am excited to have Josh join our Land Services Group at CBRE,” said Scott Senese, senior managing director of CBRE's Central Texas Region. “He is a talented real estate professional who, over his 16-year career, has developed a deep understanding of all phases of the land-use cycle, including disposition and acquisition.”

Cameron entered the real estate market selling rural ranches at First United Realty in Arizona. Most recently, Josh actively worked in both the Austin and Phoenix markets at Market Maker Realty and Investments (Austin) and Phoenix West Commercial. He's also spent time at: CBRE Phoenix, where he and his partner were recognized as a team for Number One Land Broker of the Year for four years; Don Bennett and Associates, where he and his business partner closed $400 million in commercial real estate transactions; and Western Land Company, which Cameron helped found.
