LOS ANGELES-Kilroy Realty Corp. has honed in on delivering commercial real estate properties that are attractive to a changing creative and tech workforce: the Millennium Generation. At a recent NAIOP SoCal event at L.A. Live‘s Conga Room called “The Laws of (Tenant) Attraction,” Kilroy’s EVP David Simon described these tenants as wanting a 24/7 environment.

“What defines creative space is the whole lifestyle aspect,” Simon told the room of 100 members in attendance. “That goes beyond exposed duct work and open work spaces.”
