DENVER—Wooley's, a new chain of all-suite hotels founded by hotelier Robert E. Woolley, has begun construction on its first hotel near Denver International Airport (DIA) in Aurora's Gateway Office Park. The first Woolley's Classic Suites is a four-story hotel featuring 187 guest suites and four executive suites, offering a compelling addition to lodging options available to the millions of overnight visitors annually to the area.

The first Woolley's Classic Suites will welcome guests through a lush, oasis-style atrium and will offer complimentary breakfasts and cocktail hours every day, both hallmarks of the Woolley tradition. Hotel facilities will also include seven flexible meeting spaces totaling 5,000 square feet.

The hotel projects a spring 2014 opening and will begin accepting reservations in summer/fall 2013 at [email protected].
