PHOENIX—Cassidy Turley has renewed a 18,922-square-foot office lease for Southwest Service Administrators at The Crescent Corporate Center, 2400 W Dunlap Road.

The building has remained the home of Southwest Service Administrators for over 10 years. Executive Vice President, Mark Seale with Cassidy Turley Arizona's Tenant Representative Group represented the tenant. Brandon Muller of The Muller Company represented himself as the building owner.

Southwest Service Administrators was created in 1995 as an independent Third Party Administration firm that specializes in Taft-Hartley health and welfare and pension benefit funds. The company offers its services for a full range of benefits funds, such as the UFCW & Employers Arizona Health Trust Fund, Arizona Sheet Metal Trust Fund, SW Teamsters, Labors and Operating Engineers, and Phoenix Painting Industry Trust Fund. It also offers services for a variety of retirement plans and provides benefits information for employers' health and welfare trust funds. Headquartered in Phoenix, Southwest Service Administrators also has an office in Albuquerque, N.M.
