FINDLAY, OH- Ohio Logistics has just expanded into the g2 revolution building, taking 61,512 square-feet, and their steady growth mirrors what has happened in this northwestern Ohio town.

“I can't think of another city that has had the success Findlay has had,” says Tim Echemann of the Ohio-based Industrial Property Brokers, who represented both Ohio Logistics and the landlord. “Buildings have gone up in industrial parks and filled up with world-class companies. We got this building on the market in December and now we're full.”

“This building provides us with a modern, clean facility that is most similar to our other locations,” says Rick Aurand, human resources manager with Ohio Logistics. Headquartered in Findlay, the company provides warehousing and distribution services and will hold onto other space in town. The building, owned by g2 revolution LLC, a recycling company headquartered in Illinois but with major processing operations in Findlay, has 175,485 square-feet. It was built in 2003 and has many modern amenities including a climate-controlled warehouse, advanced fire suppression and clear heights up to 28 feet. Tour de Force CRM, Inc. also helped fill it up by recently leasing 12,500 square-feet. And John Graham, the chief executive officer of g2 revolution, now says he will consider adding on to the building.
