Ohio Logistics Fills Up Warehouse Facility

FINDLAY, OH- The quick filling of this vacancy shows just how much city's economy has taken off.

FINDLAY, OH- Ohio Logistics has just expanded into the g2 revolution building, taking 61,512 square-feet, and their steady growth mirrors what has happened in this northwestern Ohio town.

“I can’t think of another city that has had the success Findlay has had,” says Tim Echemann of the Ohio-based Industrial Property Brokers, who represented both Ohio Logistics and the landlord. “Buildings have gone up in industrial parks and filled up with world-class companies. We got this building on the market in December and now we’re full.”
