ST. LOUIS, MO-Hilliker Corp., a St. Louis-based commercial real estate company, recently announced that they had helped close a deal for one of Franklin County's largest buildings, an industrial facility at 502 Orchard St. in New Haven, Missouri, along the Missouri River about 52 miles west of St. Louis. Hilliker's agent Scott Martin represented the seller, the City of New Haven, and Peter Pfeifer, also with Hilliker, represented the buyer, Network Sales Inc. a heavy-duty truck suspension parts distributor.

NSI President Mark Dickhaus says his company purchased the building for $305,000 and will use it as a storage space. The building had been listed for $550,000. Dickhaus plans to continue operations out of the company's 69,000-square-foot location at #3 TLC Lane in nearby St. Clair.

The property was previously occupied by American Recreation, an affiliate of Kellwood Corp. which manufactured tents. The building was built by the City of New Haven and leased to American Recreation since it opened in 1963.
