SEATTLE—A trio of buildings that constitute the campus of tech company F5 is up for sale. The waterfont buildings total 300,000 square feet, 351, 401 and 501 Elliott Ave. W., according to a report in the Puget Sound Business Journal.

F5 Networks Inc. renegotiated its lease for the space three years ago, extending the term through July 2022 the Journal says.

A limited partnership called CLPF Elliott West, which is managed by New York-based institutional real estate investor Clarion Partners, bought the campus for more than $117 million eight years ago.
