COSTA MESA, CA-Christopher Sausser has been appointed SVP in brokerage operations for DTZ, a UGL company. He will be based in the firm's Costa Mesa office.
Sausser was most recently SVP and director of corporate services for CLW Real Estate Services Group. There, he was responsible for all client services in the Western US including corporate outsourcing and transaction management, portfolio and business consulting, brokerage, asset and property management and project-management services.
Sausser has provided portfolio, business and outsourcing consulting services to major users, service businesses and other operating real estate firms including Williams Communications, Pacific Bell, Cisco (Global Partnership), Otis Elevator, Carrier, Clausen Miller, Kleinfelder, Hewitt Associate, 3M (international), LA Cellular and many others. Although his real estate career began in California, he also has extensive experience in several real estate markets throughout the US and abroad.
According to Greg Schementi, EVP for US occupier services/tenant representation for DTZ, “Chris is a well-known, respected and important new hire for DTZ in Southern California. He has a tremendous track record helping his clients achieve and exceed their economic and operational goals and objectives in corporate real estate.”
As GlobeSt.com reported last week, Todd Richardson has been appointed SVP of business development for DTZ, a UGL company. He will serve in the firm's Americas Facilities Management business unit in Boston, which represents $1 billion in annual gross revenue throughout the US and Canada.
