Univision Expands at Teaneck Campus

TEANECK, NJ-A long-time major tenant – Univision Communcations – expands at the Glenpointe Centre here, and a new building is set to go up soon at the 650,000-square-foot campus.

TEANECK, NJ–Univision Communications, a leading Hispanic-American media company, has expanded the space it occupies at the Glenpointe Centre office campus here.

Univision, a tenant of the complex for 15 years, signed a new long-term lease expansion of 10,000 square feet so that it no occupies a total of 78,000 square feet. The company has both its broadcasting studios and offices at the property.
