ADDISON, TX—Fortis Property Group LLC, of Brooklyn, NY has acquired The Colonnade, a three-building, 1.05-million-square-foot office property which is 87 percent leased.
The Dallas Business Journal says the property has an estimated value of $200 million. The complex is located near the Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho Road.
Fortis awarded the property's leasing to Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. and a spokesman for that firm told the Journal that Colonnade is one of the top quality buildings in the Dallas area.
