AUBURN, ME- ROK Builders, LLC have been hired to remodel and upgrade lobby facilities at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch hotel property. The company will be working in line with Hilton's “Project Grow” standards, an initiative launched in 2011. Project Grow aims to unite the facilities and, subsequently, the brand itself across the Hilton portfolio by the end of the year, according to a statement from the company.
Elements of the new design include a better flow and open plan to allow guests to network and move more easily through the space, and new planters with live greener. Additionally, facilities will feature signature artwork exclusive to Hilton Garden Inn.
ROK Builders started on the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch on March 25 and are expected to complete their work towards the end of May. The firm is also responsible for upgrading the Inn's 7,000 square foot pre-function and conference center with new flooring and wall coverings.
In line with the Project Grow standards, Fred B. Roedel III, President of ROK Builders and Partner of Roedel Companies said “The renovations we are making to the Auburn Riverwatch will transform the property to a place where guests can interact, socialize and enjoy their stay,” in a statement from the company.
