YORK, PA-MBA Hotel Brokers has completed the $4.5 million sale of Country Inn & Suites here.

Charlie Fritsch of MBA represented the seller, Hospitality Lodging Investors, in the sale to Dasnudas, LLC.

The 67-key hotel at 245 Saint Charles Way has been “a steady performer and is expected to continue this trend,” Fritsch said.
