SAN DIEGO—The Mansour Group of Marcus & Millichap has sold a portfolio of three Walgreens. The assets, located in the southeastern United States sold for a total of $16.3 million.

“The properties were built brand new as part of the USA Drug Pharmacy Chain. In 2012, Walgreens completed the acquisition of the regional drugstore chain in the mid-South region of the United States as part of a strategic growth plan to enter smaller communities where USA Drug had developed strong market share,” Mansour says. “These three assets have brand new 25 year absolute net leases guaranteed by Walgreens that commenced in September of 2012.”
